Wei Li (William)

Undergraduate Researcher, Shanghai University

I am a Computer Science undergraduate at Shanghai University, working on time series representation learning, generation, forecasting, and clustering. My research focuses on building reliable and efficient models for complex temporal data, with particular interest in uncertainty modeling, prototype learning, flow-based generative modeling, and multi-scale sequence architectures.

My recent work includes a sole-author full paper accepted to KDD 2026, a sole-author full paper accepted to DASFAA 2026, and multiple first-author or sole-author publications at ICASSP, ICANN, and ICIC. I also collaborate with researchers from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Nanyang Technological University, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and A*STAR on generative modeling for time series.

I am actively looking for Master's or Ph.D. opportunities in machine learning and time series analysis. If our research interests align, please feel free to contact me via email.
